I have always loved animals since I was a little girl... you could always find me watching something on Animal Planet! I continued my passion for animals by attending UMass Amherst and graduating with a B.S. in Animal Science in 2015. I interned at Zoo New England & worked with farm animals during my schooling. Right after graduation, I started on the job training as a veterinary technician. After four years of experience in general practice, my journey brought me to DAH in October of 2019! I love educating clients, monitoring surgery, drawing blood, and working with exotic patients. I am also a certified positive dog trainer through Animal Behavior College. I live locally with my family, including my Westie named Bella & my rescue cat named Rue. In my spare time you can catch me hanging out with friends and family, walking by lake Quannapowitt, singing and dancing to any beat, hiking, or on the volleyball court!
